As Senior/Executive Project Manager with ANE Consulting ( https://anenow.com/ ) you’ll support the execution and delivery of design-build services for four new borough-based jails in NYC to replace Rikers Island.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Lead PM design-build project ensuring completion/delivery in-line with design/budget/schedule specs
  

• Mix of in-office (Midtown Manhattan) & on-site Midtown or Brooklyn, as needed
  

• Develop efficient/cost-effective plans for project implementation
  

• Administer agreements, monitor contract performance, review project schedules/payments/budget projections
  

• Maintain reporting/records management: contracts/drawings, correspondence/progress reports, permits/regulatory compliance requirements
  

• Review/approve change orders/manage budgets/financial reporting/payments/invoicing
  

• Engage contractor workforce to implement work
  

• Conduct site visits/inspections to monitor construction progress: quality, and compliance. project specifications
  

• Foster safety culture/promote safety protocols, particularly with contractor work
  

REQUIREMENTS

Around 15 years projects management including 7+ years in leadership and:

• Leading large-scale, high-rise, complex construction projects in traditional design-build delivery
  

• Construction cost/scheduling/estimating/purchasing/engineering/accounting
  

• Read/understand/interpret contract documents/drawings/specs/ scopes of work/project schedule 
  

• Work with New York City public agencies
  

• Construction/project management software/tools
  

• Leadership/interpersonal/written/verbal/negotiation communication
  

• Advanced presentation skills
  

• MS Office Suite
